Why a boat

The best stories about rabbits are about a band of them setting out together to find a better home. Nobody makes that journey alone, and nobody gets there by waiting on the bank.

Building a product is the same kind of trip. Haah is a small crew, and Kith is going somewhere none of us could reach without the people who use it every day. So we don't build it behind a curtain. We build it in a boat with room for everyone, where the community steers as much as we all row.

How we build

   Rabbit Hole is the Kith Rabbit community: suggestions, requests, tips, tricks. Ask for what's missing, flag what's broken.

2. 02 · Build

   We build it with you

   We ask the follow-up questions, try ideas, get more suggestions from the community, and show work in progress.

3. 03 · Ship

   We ship it

   A new version lands every week on iPhone, Android, Mac, and the Web. We do not hold it back.

4. 04 · Row

   Tell us how it rows

   What works stays. What doesn't comes back as the next ask, and the boat keeps moving.

   Communities get rules members accept and moderation that checks posts against them. Kith Owl keeps a community's knowledge and answers repeat questions, crediting who shared the answer. Reply Privately, and chat backgrounds.

   One invite link carries people all the way in, even through the install. If Kith can't finish what you asked, you get the credits back.
